We are very pleased to announce that Marco Stief LL.M. has joined our Munich office in April 2013, together with four other IP/IT colleagues.
This expansion of our team will sustainably further enhance our legal practice so that we will be able to offer legal services concerning all aspects of intellectual property law, in particular in the field of contracts and technology transfer.
Marco Stief brings a new perspective, tremendous experience and knowledge, and further enhances our ability to advise clients on IP matters. We are delighted to welcome Marco to Maiwald.
Marco has more than 12 years of experience during which he worked for Baker & McKenzie, Clifford Chance and Freshfields and most recently as Legal Director for Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA and has outstanding knowledge of IP-related contract law and intellectual property law, with a focus on patent law.
Dirk Bühler, managing director and partner in the Munich office:

We are very pleased that we are now able to extend this collaboration with him and are delighted that he has joined our Munich office together with the other lawyers so that we can offer our clients an even broader range of legal advice in international matters."
