Maiwald Patentanwaltsgesellschaft (Switzerland) mbH, a subsidiary company of Maiwald Patentanwalts GmbH, has been active in Switzerland since 2005. Our managing director in Zurich is legally qualified to represent both Swiss and German clients and is supported by a strong connection to the Munich headquarters. The situation exists such that our Zurich office is permitted to handle both Swiss and German legal matters.

Cooperation with Swiss attorney firms, in particular Bühlmann Attorneys-at-Law, as well as partner agencies in other cantons, allows for an optimum representation of our client base before courts located in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

As well as patent, trademark and design protection (registration, defence, and enforcement), we are able to cover the entire area of intellectual property, including the area of competition law, antitrust, contract law (especially F&E cooperation contracts, licensing, and sales) as well as employee invention law.
